Know the rules, respect the green, and play like a pro!

Local Rules

To be read in conjunction with the Rules of Golf.

1. Out of Bounds

As defined by boundary fences.

2. Immovable Obstructions

Tree guards or G.U.R. pegs, ballwashers, fixed seats and rubbish bins, tee markers, yardage indicators, turf valves, advertising signs, brick wall 1st tee and all buildings.

3. Hazard indication Pegs
  • WHITE – Ground under repair
  • YELLOW – Water Hazard
  • RED – Lateral Water Hazard
2. Staked Trees

If such a tree interferes with the players stance or the area of intended swing the ball MUST be lifted without penalty, and dropped in accordance with the procedure prescribed in Rule 24-2b(l).

2. unformed Road

The road running through the centre of the course to the halfway house is designated G.U.R.

2. Slow Play

If a player loses his ball, he must stand aside and IMMEDIATELY call the following group through.

Slow play is selfish play
Replace divots
Repair ball marks on the green
